شروط الخدمة Terms of Service

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق «بعدين» (Baadein). باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق عليها؛ إن لم توافق فلا تستخدمه. These Terms govern your use of the “Baadein” app. By using the app you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.

1) قبول الشروط Acceptance

بتنزيل التطبيق أو استخدامه، فإنك تقرّ بموافقتك على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2) وصف الخدمة The service

«بعدين» تطبيق يساعدك على حفظ الروابط والمهام وتذكيرك بها في الأوقات التي تختارها عبر إشعارات أو منبّهات. وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Google والنسخ الاحتياطي اختياريان.

Baadein helps you save links & tasks and reminds you at times you choose via notifications or alarms. Google sign-in and backup are optional.

3) ترخيص الاستخدام License

نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلًا للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية. لا يجوز نسخه أو تعديله أو فكّ هندسته أو إعادة بيعه أو توزيعه.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

4) مسؤولياتك Your responsibilities

أنت مسؤول عن الروابط والمحتوى الذي تحفظه وعن استخدام التطبيق استخدامًا قانونيًا. You are responsible for the content you save and for lawful use.
يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو منتهِك للحقوق. No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
أنت مسؤول عن أمان جهازك وحساب Google الخاص بك. You are responsible for your device and Google account security.

5) التذكيرات ليست مضمونة Reminders are not guaranteed

مهم: تعتمد التذكيرات على جهازك ونظامه وإعدادات البطارية، وقد تؤخّرها أو تمنعها قيود الشركات المصنّعة. لا تعتمد على «بعدين» في تذكيرات حرجة أو طبية أو متعلّقة بالسلامة.

Important: Reminders depend on your device, OS, and battery settings, and may be delayed or blocked by manufacturer restrictions. Do not rely on Baadein for critical, medical, or safety-related reminders.

6) الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطي Account & backup

النسخ الاحتياطي يُحفظ في حساب Google Drive الخاص بك أنت — لا نستضيف بياناتك. تديرها وتحذفها متى شئت. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Backups are stored in your own Google Drive — we don't host your data. You manage and may delete them anytime. See the Privacy Policy.

7) الإعلانات Advertising

قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob، وفق ما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

The app may show ads via Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8) الملكية الفكرية Intellectual property

التطبيق واسمه «Baadein» وشعاره وتصميمه ملك لنا. أمّا المحتوى الذي تحفظه فيبقى ملكك أنت.

The app, its name “Baadein”, logo, and design are owned by us. The content you save remains yours.

9) إخلاء الضمان Disclaimer

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن أن يكون متواصلًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10) حدود المسؤولية Limitation of liability

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات أو تذكيرات فائتة نتيجة استخدام التطبيق.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or missed reminders arising from your use of the app.

11) تغييرات الخدمة والشروط Changes

قد نحدّث التطبيق أو هذه الشروط، ويعني استمرارك في الاستخدام قبولك بها. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث بالأعلى.

We may update the app or these Terms; continued use means acceptance. The “Last updated” date is shown above.

12) الإنهاء Termination

يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة عند الضرورة.

You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend the service when necessary.
